Founder and A&R of Barbur Room, Marco Barbiero - aka Barbur - is an eclectic and creative artist. He’s born & raised in Puglia (Apulia), in the south of Italy, where he was considered a little "enfant prodige" around the turn of the Millennium.

Fine music lover and web designer, Barbur splits his time between Italy and Berlin, where he founded Barbur Room in 2014, collecting vinyls and making grow his records collection (cds & vinyls).

In 2016 Marco has remixed “Nunchaku” by Simina Grigoriu on her new own label Kuukou Records, making his debut on Kuukou Family.

In 2017 Barbur made also a new own EP, "Under Conditions", with two awesome remixes by the Pacha Ibiza's resident dj Alex Kennon and the french veteran Claude Monnet, released by Kuukou.

Maral Salmassi from Berlin - DE | Konsequent Records |

Salmassi’s music career began in 1997 when she founded her first label Konsequent, on which she released music by artists such as Jay Denham, Christian Morgenstern, Fanon Flowers, and Alexander Kowalski, among others.

In 1998 she co-founded the Cologne-based Techno and Electro distribution company Formic, which served as one of the most radical distributers of Detroit Techno and abstract electronica and was the sole European distributor for many underground labels.

Additionally, in 1999 she formed the media label Art Of Perception, releasing music of artists like Jimmy Tenor, Alter Ego, Michael Mayer and Andrew Weatherall to name a few.

In 2003 after the sudden and tragic death of Christian Morgenstern (with whom she shared a deep creative and personal relationship), she left the techno scene and all related projects to focus on expanding her musical repertoire.

2006 then brought the beginning of her Bass / Electro label Television Rocks, which showcased her obsession with flexible use of genre. Through her alter ego “Kali”, she developed a sound she calls “Bolly-Tech“ – a combination of Trap, Hip- Hop, and Ghetto-Tech influenced by traditional Bollywood and Maghrebian music.

Now, after a long hiatus Salmassi has both relaunched the Konsequent techno label and begun to produce Techno again that through her wealth of experience in many genres, is as banging as the 90’s and truly unique in context of today’s electronic music scene.

There have been lots of changes over the past four decades of New York Nightlife. The sounds have gone from disco to freestyle to house to techno; the venues have gone from Studio 54 to Palladium to Sound Factor Pacha to Output; and the borough to dance in has gone from Manhattan to Brooklyn.

But there has been one element in the community that has been able to survive the ever – evolving landscape, and that is the DJ. Not many of course, but a few talented, Inspired DJ / Artists have remained at the forefront of the industry during this time.

One of those is the artist formerly Known as DJ Baby Hec in the 80’s, and now Hector Romero. Born and raised in The Bronx, Hector’s DJ experiences include playing legendary venues likes Limelight, Palladium, Save The Robots and The Roxy.

Over the years he has evolved into one of New York City’s prime ambassadors of house, bringing his unique soulful and rugged house vibe to venues around the world. He has heightened his profile to the next level.

With 30+ years of experience this career jock is now throwing his musical diversity and eclectic taste into the remix/production arena. Under his belt are various compilations including King Street’s “Soulful House Journey” and more recently Nervous Record’s “Weaving Genres” which includes an original production “Dancing” collaboration with Benji Candelario.

As well as his DJ experience, Hector’s position as an A&R exec at Def Mix Music and Saw Recordings gave him the opportunity to work with legends like David Morales and Frankie Knuckles.

Those relationships taught him essential lessons about the equal importance of a great beat and a great song. Although New York is still his home, Hector spends a great deal of time traveling where he can be found stirring up dance floors in Italy, Greece, Japan, Spain and various parts of the world.

His hometown Berlin always had a big impact on him. Music and Art in many different styles belong here and make it a special place to be.
Stefan uses his everyday life in the german capital as an inspiration.
Going out with friends and experience the other side, the dancefloor, dive deep into the feelings people have while enjoying Berlin's clubscene is what gives him ideas and motivation for his own productions.

Since the beginning of time people have tried to explain what occurs on the darkside of the moon. Neil Armstrong was sent to find out but could not fully understand, Pink Floyd evangelized their interpretation of it following their secret space mission and since then no man has dared to venture back...

For one, however, it was the other way around: caught in a cosmic paradox Atelier Francesco, longed to grace grounds of a planetary place - somewhere oxygenated, somewhere gravitationally unchallenged, somewhere with dancefloors he could invade.

Atelier began, in the depths of darkness, to emulate... to craft the vibrations and sounds of our distant planet, constructing and remixing shards, shrapnel and shooting stars with his instruments made from meteors, debris and dust. With only a vacuum of non-existent echoes as his audience for his neurological approach to music, Atelier decided to master the dark and moody grooves of earth.

Atelier created his own unique live act, one that he tailored for planet earth. Sawing, moulding and giving a new purpose to earthly objects. We wait with baited breath to witness it..

Atelier's next mission is to delve deeper into the earth's crust, with his ammunition ready to launch…After his "Akaino" EP on world known BOSO, we are waiting for two interstellar EPs, "Next to You" forthcoming on Rockets & Ponies and ‘Dead End’ on Cityfox, and a unique track "All this for a jump" on evergreen Cocoon Recordings.

Man may never know the secrets of the darkside of the moon...
Atelier however will know of ours. This is one small step for moon-kind, one giant leap for planet Earth's music scene...

If there’s one DJ about to take the world by storm, it’s Charlotte de Witte. Never shying away from a challenge, always malling her career and music the way she envisions it. And scorching through a myriad of uncompromising, agressive techno sets across Europe every single weekend.

No surprise then, that the rest of the world is calling for Charlotte. After already having toured Asia and Canada, she’s ready to conquer the world. Few dj’s belong to the group that can work on that level - from the biggest stages to the sweatiest basement raves.

Still her heart remains tied to the both the underground Techno scene and Belgium where she can be found championing new talent both on her Saturday night radio show, ‘Playground Charlotte de Witte’ on Studio Brussel, Belgium’s leading radio station, and at KNTXT de Witte’s residency at Brussels Techno institution Fuse.

Having moved into production, de Witte has wasted no time in establishing herself as a serious talent in the studio as well as behind the decks. But whilst a Charlotte de Witte DJ set is guaranteed to get you moving, Charlotte’s own music has provided her with a chance to reveal another side.

Her agressive, stripped-down approach to her own tracks is a testament to that beforementioned dark side, while the tracks also often feature her own vocals. “Making music really gives me a chance to tap into the more emotional side of electronic music that I love. Music that has that melancholic side to it, I just find it so much more interesting, whether DJ’ing, producing or just listening myself at home.”

Her release on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings “Weltschmerz EP” gained massive national and internatonal support. For now, with her upcoming releases, her ongoing radio show, Fuse residency and a packed tour diary de Witte shows no sign of slowing down. Despite her love of all things dark, the future for Charlotte de Witte looks very bright indeed.

This is only the beginning, it seems. “My Feeling”, from Charlotte’s follow-up EP on Turbo Recordings “Sehnsucht”, was Mixmag’s Track of 2016, the year in which Charlotte won Red Bull Elektropedia’s Award for best producer in her native Belgium. To top it all off, Trax Magazine dubbed her ‘nouvel espoir de la techno belge’ while Tsugi coined her “revelation for 2017”.

Moderate Kingdom is a dj duo formed in 2014 by Gianluca Annoscia and Francesco Mongelli.
Everything started discovering the same passion for the Daft Punk and the house beats. For this, they decide to start playing on the decks with a 4-handed dj set.
Not long after, they started also to make music together in the studio and playing music in some of the best Apulian clubs.
Some years later, they decide to start a party together with four other partners, calling “Get Lost”. A series of thematic parties that for over 4 years see them as headliners.
In the early 2016, they make their debut in the heart of Berlin, at "House of Weekend" club. Afterwards they made release their first EP “Magneto” on Konzeptions, a berlin-based label.
They are collectors of vinyls and synthesizers, as well as modern electronic music lovers. Their music is a hybrid mix of past and future, analogic & digital music.
They are always searching new things to challenge themselves in their productions and DJ sets.

Born and raised in a small village in the south of Italy, Scalea (Calabria), ItaloBros are two DJs, producers, remixers in an on going musical evolution.
Their main objective is looking for new goals and stimuli, exploring and experimenting new paths, as well as reinventing new musical languages. Eclectic, creative, inquiring, they own a unique style which spreads adrenalin and passion and at the same time makes people dream.
They do not like setting limits and categorizing their sound in a conventional music genre, but their “old school” roots, as well as their techno and deep influences can be easily detected.
Their strength, their charge, their determination is the result of their passion, it gives them the right and courage to dare to be experimental, but above all to be different.
